Achievements of the unit

• An office has been designated to receive international students at the College.
• Holding regular meetings with international students, in which the administration listens to the difficulties and problems they face and work to overcome them, and to their proposals for improving the quality of the educational services provided to them .
• Contacting administrations within the university to facilitate admission and registration procedures and directing requests to receive papers of international students , quickly revising them and Issuing admission decisions and graduation certificates.
• Submitting instructions for the different arrangements (academic - therapeutic – cultural- recreational) available to students within the university.
• Introducing international students to the sports, social and cultural activities offered by the University's international students Club and the international nursery.
• Organizing meetings to receive new international students to introduce them to the university.
• Organizing meetings to encourage cultural dialogue between different nationalities.
• Participating in Peoples' Day celebrations, and distributing an introductory guide to the study programs offered by the college.
• Finishing the process of accepting students before reaching the college.
• Facilitating administrative procedures for international students.
• Communicating with all departments of the university to overcome the obstacles faced by international students.

Mechanisms of attracting international students

• Declaring the prestigious college status
• Declaring the potentials of the college and what makes it distinguished among other colleges.
• Announcement of faculty members (recipients of academic awards, state encouragement or appreciation awards, members of scientific committees, editors and reviewers in foreign and Arabic journals)
• Announcement of all educational programs general, specialized or new in the college.
• Opening channels of communication between the College and the cultural representation offices of Arab and African States; to familiarize them with the College's new programs.
• Inviting student exchange officials at Arab and African embassies to visit the university and the college.
• Preparing periodicals on the College's programs and its distinctive stages of study and send them to the stakeholders as well as publish them on the College's website.
• Organizing meetings for new international students.
• Addressing the cultural annexes of various countries located in Egypt; to know the problems needed to overcome for international students and take them into account while developing college study programs .
• Appointing faculty members who are on scientific missions, conferences or seminars to promote the faculty's study programs in the countries where they are deployed.
• Providing electronic registration service for international students in college.
• Activating student exchange.
• Developing a unique website for international students with all the necessary questions and answers.
• Establishing an office in the college to take care of international students that provides: (health care programs, social care programs, academic support programs )
• Offering student activities (sports, cultural, artistic, scientific trips) to international students.
