Degrees granted to the early childhood teacher preparation program:

Mansoura University, at the request of the Council of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, grants a bachelor's degree in Education (Early Childhood Education).

Program vision

The Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Mansoura University, seeks to be among the best five early childhood faculties in Egypt and the Arab world in 2022.

Second: the mission of the program

The Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Mansoura University is an educational institution that offers advanced specialized study programs in the field of early childhood education, capable of providing the community with specialized scientific competencies that are qualified to compete in the labor market, and can conduct distinguished scientific research to serve the local and international community.

Third: The strategic objectives of the program

In the era of globalization and\ rapid technological changes, it has become imperative for the College of Early Childhood Education to rebuild itself out of concern for other relevant institutions. Therefore, the college must develop strategies and systems to achieve its goals, so it was necessary to accurately define the goals through which it operates. To ensure the efficiency of its scientific plans and programs as follows:

• Develop study plans and programs in various sciences related to early childhood education that are in line with international standards, appropriate, feasible, and compatible with the mission of the college and university.
• Qualifying the college graduate and postgraduate students to reach a high level of confidence by spreading the culture of creativity and the approach of creative teaching methods in order to be able to fulfill the requirements of scientific research and the hoped-for research bases related to pursuing the rapid and amazing development in various basic sciences.
• Upgrading the quality of the academic program, whether in light of the available budgets or that depending on self-financing efforts, while striving for a strategic link with local and international academic authorities, which is reflected in the form of joint academic programs and degrees.
• Building, developing and maintaining plans to provide distinguished support for the faculty members of the college, in a way that guarantees income levels that achieve a luxurious lifestyle for them.
• The college is committed to providing non-traditional teaching and learning techniques that help faculty members achieve sustainable self-development.
• Upgrading the library systems available in the college to serve the research purposes of faculty members and researchers, and to achieve the desired upgrading at research and social levels.
• Preparing and developing a system to improve performance and develop efforts to provide services at the individual and institutional levels, in light of the rules of accountability and continuous evaluation by service recipients.
• Developing and designing advanced and sophisticated administrative systems to ensure the achievement of the college's goals, as well as developing institutional resource planning techniques, while maximizing the return from the expenses incurred by the college.
• Accurately defining the true requirements of the community and making it a point for a successful and distinguished launch to serve the community at the local and international levels.
• Extending bridges of cooperation in various research fields and opening up to advanced research schools to prepare a researcher with distinguished applied thought capable of producing modern technology.

• Organizing conferences, seminars, training programs and workshops, conducting research and projects, as well as issuing scientific journals, reference books and periodicals in the field of specialization.
• Establishing special scientific units to serve the goals of the college, university and society in the field of specialization.
