I am honored and pleased of welcoming students from Arab and other countries to the Faculty of Education of Early Childhood, Mansoura University. The faculty is concerned to look after its students in their second homeland, Egypt, by offering all types of care and attention. The faculty is making great efforts to develop, modernize and create new programs with the highest international quality standards and in line with the requirements of the local, regional and international labor market. The faculty provides a remarkable educational service with its distinctive educational programs at both grad and postgrad levels by offering proper financial and human resources as well as facilities for incoming students. In the framework of Mansoura University, the Faculty is keen to remain a center for creativity, innovation, development, communication and interaction with its student; providing health care to its incoming students in addition to suitable accommodation in dormitories; have foreign students' children in the International Nursery. It is also keen to ensure that the student be an ambassador to the university in his country after graduation and activate the Association of Graduates for Foreign Students. The faculty's management, within the framework of Mansoura University and its sectors, also sponsors foreign students and provides all administrative and procedural facilities while raising scientific value.

Dear international Students...
The College vice deanery for Education and Student affairs is one of the main pillars of the faculty of Education for Early Childhood. Mansoura University seeks to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the faculty emanating from the University's strategic plan to advance the educational process to the highest standards of quality and excellence through its auspice of the most important elements of university work, namely the student, providing all that benefits in his/her university stage whether in terms of education or building an intellectual and conscious personality capable of dealing with the requirements of the current stage as well as the challenges of the future. During the next phase, the Education and Student affairs sector seeks to develop academic programs for all faculty departments in accordance with international standards and references, as well as provide a learning environment suitable for college students, as well as develop the talents of female students and promote the spirit of creativity, innovation and teamwork.

Scientific research is one of the most important issues in various aspects of life. Scientific research is one of the most important pillars of Egypt's Vision 2030. It is the fundamental pillar of the way forward to achieve the progress and well-being of States and solve current and future problems. and the postgraduate sector is the link between the researcher and the process of innovation and communication with the environment and external science, Postgraduate studies and research have a direct intellectual message: upgrading scientific research, ensuring its development and advancement, and seeking everything new in different fields of science. The postgraduate and research sector aims to achieve a set of objectives, namely the comprehensive development of all academic and professional postgraduate programs in a way that benefits the student and the educational process and the development of work within the sector of Postgraduate Studies and Research and the development of the library through a complete update of books, letters and academic and professional scientific research and its transformation into a smart digital library; And activate scientific and cultural initiatives and international conventions by restoring cultural relations activities to the postgraduate agency.

The University was established by Presidential Decree Law 49 of 1972 under the name of East Delta University and was amended to the University of Mansoura in 1973. The University is the sixth in terms of origin among the Republic's 17 universities. Colleges include: (Medicine - Early Childhood Education Sciences - Education - Pharmacy - Trade - Rights - Engineering - Agriculture
- Dental Medicine - Ada B - Nursing - Veterinary Medicine - Sports Education - Computers & Information - Tourism & Hotels - Fine Arts) It is a huge educational building Dakahlia governorate that broadcasts its services in the field of disseminating knowledge and conducting scientific and applied research in the fields of education, engineering, agriculture, economics, law, etc. It is unique in its specialized medical centers and hospitals.
Unit’s Vision
- Graduate international students, convinced of the college's efficiency to solve the problems facing them, thereby contributing to conveying a good image of the college in their home countries.
Unit’s Mission
- Marketing of the College's study programs to representatives of different countries by communicating with the University’s foreign students Management Office, in addition to upgrading foreign students' affairs and communicating with them to overcome the difficulties facing they are facing.
Unit’s Objectives
- Caring for foreign students by providing academic, psychological and social support Marketing and providing necessary information on the College's study programs and conditions of enrollment
- Supporting Mansoura University's image as a global Egyptian university
- Facilitating enrolment, registration, and graduation procedures for students within the college
- providing full care for students arriving within the college.
- Assisting in solving study problems for foreign students
Unit’s Achievements
- An office has been allocated to welcome international students arriving in college.
- Holding periodic meetings with international students, in which the difficulties and problems they face are heard and work to overcome them. Their suggestions on improving the quality of the educational service provided to them are also identified.
- Contact all relevant departments within the University to facilitate and guide the procedures for receiving international students' papers, expeditiously reviewing them and issuing admissions decisions and graduation certificates.
- Provide guidance for various services (recreational, cultural, therapeutic, academy) available to students within the university.
- Familiarize international students with sports, social and cultural activities offered by the University Arrivals Club, and international nursery
- Organizing meetings to receive new students familiarize them with the university
- Organizing meetings to encourage cultural dialogue between different nationalities
- Participate in the celebrations of Peoples' Day and distribute an introductory guide to the study programs offered by the college.
- Completion of the student admission process before arriving at college
- Facilitation of administrative procedures for international students
- Communicate with all the administrative departments of the university to overcome the obstacles faced by international students
College mechanisms to attract international students
- Declare the prestigious college status.
- Publicize the College's potential and what distinguishes it from others.
- Announce faculty members (scientific laureates, State incentive or discretionary awards, members of scientific committees, editors, and reviewers in foreign and Arabic journals)
- Advertise all educational programs in the general, specialized, or new faculty.
- Open channels of communication between the College and the cultural representation offices of Arab and African States; to familiarize them with the College's latest programs.
- Invite student exchange officials at Arab and African embassies to visit the University and College.
- Prepare periodic bulletins on the College's programs and its distinctive stages of study and send them to stakeholders and publish them on the College's website.
- Publish periodic bulletins about the activities of the College in all its sectors monthly on the College's website.
- Organize a meeting for new international students.
- Address the cultural attachés of various countries located in Egypt to identify the problems faced by international students to overcome and take them into account when developing the college's study programs.Assign faculty members who are on scientific missions or
- ttending conferences, and seminars to promote the faculty's academic programs in the country.
- Provide electronic registration service for students arriving in college.
- Activate student exchange.
- A premium website for international students with all the necessary questions and answers.There is an office at the College to take care of international students and to provide: (health care programs, social care programs, academic support programs).
- Offering student activities (sports, cultural, artistic, scientific trips) to international students.
- Organizing meetings to meet new students to introduce them to the university.
- Organizing meetings to encourage cultural dialogue between different nationalities.
