Dean of the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood Mansoura University

I have the honor and pleasure to welcome students from Arab and other countries to the College of Education for Early Childhood, Mansoura University. The College of Education for Early Childhood, Mansoura University is keen to care for its students in their second homeland Egypt by providing all kinds of care and attention. The College is making great efforts for development and improvement and focuses on the creation of new programs with the highest international quality standards and in line with the requirements of the local, regional and international labor market.

The College provides a distinct and innovative educational service with its distinctive educational programs at the basic and postgraduate levels through the provision of appropriate material and human resources and facilities for international students. In the framework of Mansoura University, the Faculty is keen to remain a center for creativity, innovation, development, communication and interaction with its students; providing health care for international students and providing suitable accommodation in university dorms, receiving the children of students arriving in international kindergarten, and ensuring that the student is to become an ambassador to the university in his country after graduating and activating the association of graduates for international students. The faculty's management within the framework of Mansoura University and its sectors also sponsors international students and provides all administrative and procedural facilities while raising scientific value. With my sincere wishes to our College for progress, advancement and prosperity.

The College Education and Student affairs sector is one of the main pillars of Faculty of Education for Early Childhood - Mansoura University and this sector seeks to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the college emanating from University's strategic plan to accelerate the educational process to the highest standards of quality and excellence by sponsoring the most important elements of the university who is the student, and providing all that benefits in the university stage, whether in terms of education or building an educated and informed personality capable of dealing with the requirements of the current stage as well as the challenges of the future . During the next phase, the College sector for Education and Student affairs seeks to develop academic programs for all faculty departments according to international standards and norms as well as providing a learning environment suitable for college students, developing the talents of female students and promoting the spirit of creativity, innovation and teamwork. Scientific research is one of the main issues in various fields of life. As it is one of the most important pillars of Egypt's Vision 2030 to achieve the progress and well-being of countries and solve current and future problems. The postgraduate sector is the link between the researcher and the innovation process and communication with the environment and external world. Postgraduate studies and research have a direct intellectual message to promote, develop and upgrade scientific research, and to strive for everything new in various fields of science. This sector aims to achieve a set of objectives represented in the comprehensive development of all academic and professional postgraduate programs to benefit the student , the educational process and the development of work within the Sector of Postgraduate Studies and Research . In addition to the development of the library through a complete update of books, dissertations and academic and  professional scientific research and its transformation into a smart digital     library; And activate scientific and cultural initiatives and international

conventions by restoring cultural relations activities to the postgraduate sector.

The University was established on the authority of the president by Law No. 49 of 1972 under the name of East Delta University. The name was changed to Mansoura University in 1973and it is considered the sixth university in terms of origin among the seventeen universities of the Republic. It includes faculties of : (Medicine - Science - Early Childhood Education - Education - Pharmacy - Commerce - Law – Agriculture- Engineering - Dentistry - Arts – Nursing- Veterinary Medicine - Physical Education, Computers and Information) which is a superior educational institution in Dakahlia Governorate that spreads its services in the field of knowledge dissemination and conducting   scientific and applied research in the fields of education, engineering, agriculture, economics, law, etc. It is unique in its specialized medical centers and hospitals.
