Strategic objectives of the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood
The Faculty of Education for Early Childhood - Mansoura University seeks to achieve the following strategic objectives:
- Upgrading the process of preparing a kindergarten teacher through a high-quality child- rearing program.
- Keeping abreast of technological developments and employing them in various fields of kindergarten teacher preparation, by expanding in e-learning and virtual laboratories, and providing question banks.
- Developing faculty staff, academic and administrative leadership capacities and encouraging them to acquire technological and technical skills and achieving proficiency of foreign languages, and being committed to professional ethics controls to reach outstanding performance levels which is positively reflected at the graduate level.
- Improving the quality of the academic program by following up on the evaluation of courses and achieving the program's objectives.
- Outstanding support for faculty members by providing non-traditional teaching and learning techniques that help faculty members achieve sustainable self-development.
- Upgrading the College's available library systems to serve the research purposes of faculty members and students and achieve the desired advancement at the research level.
- Improving and developing a system for improving and developing performance at the individual and institutional levels, in the light of accountability rules and ongoing assessment.
- Developing and designing advanced and sophisticated management systems to ensure the achievement of the College's objectives, maximizing the return on expenditures incurred by the College, and relying on enterprise resource planning techniques, and achieving coordination and good use and allocation of shared resources.
- Establishing a postgraduate system that contributes to the production and use of advanced educational knowledge in addressing the real issues and problems faced in the field of child- rearing and kindergartens.
- Strengthening the concept of community participation and making agreements and protocols of cooperation between the College, private sector institutions and civil society to diversify funding sources and assist College graduates in finding appropriate job opportunities.
- Maximizing the Faculty's administrative staff members’ capabilities to keep pace with the age of informatics and quality standards.
- Working on creating an integrated mechanism for internal review and continuous self- assessment, and providing the requirements for quality assurance in various fields of work within the College in preparation for accreditation.
