تقديم المعارف والمهارات والحلول العلمية المبتكرة في مجال الفئات الخاصة وفق معايير أكاديمية معتمدة من خلال (برامج تعليمية بحثية - مشاركة مجتمعية - موارد بشرية ومادية) لاعداد المعلم وتأهيله للمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة.

رؤية البرنامج:

أن يكون برنامج تعليمي بحثي خدمي فعال ورائد  محليا واقليميا يوفر خبرات تربوية وعملية اصيلة مواكبة للعصر   للجهات المستفيدة في الفئات الخاصة.

Program Mission:

Introducing knowledge, skills and innovative scientific solutions in the field of Special Education based on accredited academic standards via (research educational programs, community participation, human and material resources)  for teacher preparation and training to help achieve sustainable community development goals. 

Program Vision:

To be  a pioneering effective serving research learning program, both locally and regionally that provides up to date, authentic, practical and educational experiences for the stakeholders in the field of Early Childhood.

Developing research and educational effectiveness  Developing Human resources Activating electronic management  Building Community Partnerships  

Program Strategic Goals:

In the light of the four program strategic ends outlined for the program, a set of strategic goals was formulated to be achieved by all who work for the Faculty of Education of Early Childhood, Mansoura University. These goals are: 

Goals related to the first End: 1. Developing the program regulatory agenda (La’eha) within one year. 2. Developing the educational media and classrooms within two years 3. Developing and upgrading the program teaching practice regulatory agenda (La’eha). 4. Setting the foundation stone and the regulatory agenda (La’eha)of an international ideal educational center to take care of children with special needs after allocating the right place by the university administration.  

Goals related to the second End: 1. Developing a competency level of (100%) for the university staff members who will participate in the program within five years. 2. Developing a competency level of (100%) for the university staff members’ helpers who will participate in the program within five years. 3. Developing the  competency level of (100%) for the administrative staff who will participate in the program within five years.

Goals related to the third End: 1. Employing proper digital technology to run the program. 2. Raising the awareness among those who are engaged in the program as to the importance of employing digital technology in the administration process. 3. Raising the awareness among the female students of the program as to the importance of digital technology throughout their course of study. 4. Transforming paper work into digital technology within two years.  

Goals related to the fourth End: 1. Creating awareness programs for the Egyptian family and posting them electronically. 2. Preparing annual marketing programs. 3. Strengthening the ties between the graduates, the faculty and the university.
